NEW PINK PANTHER MOVIE

I just found out that Steve Martin is starring in the new Pink Panther movie titled Birth of the Pink Panther. I love the Pink Panther movies starring Peter Sellers. I also think that Steve Martin is a Great actor/writer/comedian, but as the bumbling detective Clouseau? Why can't they just let sleeping dogs lie?
