CONGATULATIONS (scroll down)

I ment to put this up earlier but lost the site.  Mike Klein is married and here is a link to a photo site with more wedding pictures for you to look through.  Congratulation Mike!  Looking good man.

ON THE WATERFRONT

Last Tuesday my room mate, Lance and I went up to my lake cabin at Metigoshi.  I have to point out that this is the first time in almost five years that I've made a trek up to the lake.  The last time was a cool September weekend and Eide came up with me that time.  It was fun we drank lots, shot off fireworks and I got attacked by bees.

This time around it was very nice the first night there.  Perfectly still and the water was still warm around 3am so we went for a swim. It was awesome!  We had many cocktails and shot off lots of bottle rockets and firecrackers.  The air was thick with the scent of gunpowder.  As I said, a perfect evening.

The next day wasn't as nice.  We continued to light off bottle rockets and firecrackers; finding all sorts of things to blow up.  But the weather wasn't the best.  The wind was quite strong and it rained off and on all day.  Lance drank something like thirty-six beers in a day and a half.  I had four and the better part of a liter bottle of whiskey.  I also chilled with a 750ml of Merry's Irish Cream.  That made me really sleepy.

It was a great time and I can't wait to do it again.  I can tell you that it won't be another five years before I set out for the waters of Metigoshi.
