STREAM OF CONSCIENCE
Despite the absence of Chuck on the bass, the new Mitch Hedberg CD/DVD is still funny.
The song Oh Yoko by John Lennon is a great love song. It's even better if your girlfriend/wife is named Yoko.
Electric Six is the best band to come out of Detroit...EVER!(For those of you who have caught my Electric Six concert like the one I threw at Shippley's after Todd & Nicole's wedding, you know what I'm talkin' about!)
what's up with "Hipster" bands and who honestly likes them? It's just young kids idolizing other bands for example
Rapture=Cure
Stills=Chameleons/Echo & the Bunnymen
Interpol=Joy Division/Cure
Strokes=any half-assed garage band from the 70's
I admit that some songs are catchy, like the first few tracks off the new Strokes album. I do dig the Rapture a bit but most of this stuff was done better the first time around and nobody paid attention then, so what's up?
Are you a hipster? This article should help you become uncool as deemed by the hipster crowd and this one should help you become cool in the eyes of the hipsters, if that's you're thing.
Korn still sucks, Ryan Adams continues to be cool.
I think I just commited a hipsterism on the mainstream level. Anyone, Anyone?
What the Hoobastank? Was there cause for another album? I guess their attempting to become leaders of the new one-hit wonders.
The more I hear about this Thunderbirds live action film the more it screams bad idea.
Christina Aguilera on the cover of Maxim Blender and Justin Timberlake on the cover of Rolling Stone AGAIN! Aren't there other stars for America to be infatuated with? Like Clay Aiken and Rubben Studdard or Cher.
Madonna and a children's book=trouble, hey wannabe J.K. anybody.
These are just observations.
As you probably guessed it's pretty slow so far today. That's why I've been able to ramble off a bunch of crap for you to read through. It's funny I noticed that I sound like a bitter individual but honestly I'm not. It's just tough to try and be a funny nice guy, it never works out.
