PUNKY SOLEIL

Remember Punky Brewster? Well, Season one is coming out on DVD. I'm not excited about that but While looking for a Punky Site, I found this:

It did excite me....only a little...

Do you want to know why I love living in Minot, North Dakota? I'll tell you anyways.
Yesterday it was in the vicinity of 80 degrees and today its 45 degrees, overcast, super windy with a chance of snow. WTF!

REMEMBER THIS?

Does anyone remember Scatterbrain? They had a video for their song Don't Call Me Dude. They did a cover of Cheech & Chongs Earache My Eye that was pretty sweet. I remember the song Drunken Milk Man by Scatterbrain being really funny. In a disturbing sort of way.

I'm listening to dance music right now.

DEFINATELY NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART

Don't look to long, you could hurt yourself!

Stevie, I hope that with you being mustachioed and "In the know", doesn't mean you have to pose for a picture like the Bandit did here.

WHO'S YOUR FAVORITE ANGEL?

I know most of you should all be familiar with Charlie's Angels, the TV series NOT the movies. So who's your favorite angel. Mine is, I think Kate Jackson(Sabrina Duncan).
She's the one on the right. But, there are many other angels to chose from.

ODDLY

I was searching the web for a particular picture of Burt Reynolds another mustachioed wonder, for Stevie, when this somehow showed up on the google search. It appears to be a bunch of pictures of small town grain elevators. It's kind of interesting. I didn't know there was a town in North Dakota called Danzig.

SEALAB 2021...FINALLY

Sealab is finally coming to DVD! Although we have to wait until July 20, it will be worth it. Also on the same day, Season 2 of Aqua Teen Hunger Force comes out. What a great day that will be!

I have to thank my friend Jarrett for showing me how to post pictures, thanks man! Now I can find anoying pictures to post all the time.

In fact, here's one for Stevie:

Dig that stach!

How's the magnum muse looking these days?

WHEN CARE BEARS GO BAD

This is a fun game to play. Kill as many Care Bears as possible. Every thirty you kill, you advance to the next level. Plus they shoot back! But don't worry, you get powerups to help you out. Have fun!

A-TEAM MOVIE!?

I thought it was only a dream but I'm awake and feeling kinda weird. I've experienced the phenomenon known as A-Team Dream, ATD to the laymen. Yes, it's true an A-Team movie is in production.

"I love it when a plan comes together!"
Colonel John "Hannibal" Smith

Anybody remember the other TV show based on Vietnam vets? Like Rip Tide, I used to watch that one all the time. Holy crap I forgot about the robot they had. I just remembered the cool helicopter. Wasn't Airwolf a Vet TV show? Of course Magnum and his cohorts were all vets. Anyone remember any others?

VISION THING

I was wondering if the Sisters of Mercy were in fact still around. Apparently, they are. I have been listening to them lately and rediscovered how good the album Vision Thing really is.

I was first introduced to the Sisters by Toni from Switzerland. She played Vision Thing for me one day after school. I've been a fan ever since.

Prince has a new album arriving on shelves this Tuesday(4/20). If your at all interested here's a page with links to all kinds of reviews.

NoMeansNo is releasing a 25 year retrospective. Brother Rat rides again!

ERNEST IS STILL ALIVE!

Who knew, Ernest Borgnine was still alive...Really! You may remember him from the Dirty Dozen or more likely, Airwolf but who's heard of him since? I haven't. Have you?
Anyways, I've always had a soft spot in my TV and movie viewing heart for Ernie, he's 87 now, which is the same age my grandpa Lee would be if he were still alive. I hope he's still going strong for at least one more appearance in film. Here's to you Ernie!

DON'T LAUGH

I'm having one of the best days ever! I received closure on an issue that really needed it, which makes me breathe a lot easier now. Plus, now don't laugh but someone turned in the first season of Charlies Angels on DVD. I've been waiting for it patiently for about one year. As I stated on Ryan's A's site "Let's Fight", I love old TV shows! I just wish they'd hurry up and put out the first seasons of Magnum P.I., Mork & Mindy and News Radio. These releases would make me a very happy person.

If you haven't heard yet, the first season of Kids In The Hall is being released on DVD in America. How great thou art!

More Supermarionation and cool vehicles as A&E readies to release Supercar on DVD for the first time. Production values are better than Fireball XL-5 and comparable to Thunderbirds.

NEW LOTION AND THE TEMPORARY HAPPINESS IT BRINGS

How was everybody's Easter Weekend? Mine was filled with gluttony and sloth, hey two out of seven!

Been really digging the latest Pretty Girls Make Graves album, New Romance. This is what early psychedelic Furs crossed with anything Elizabeth Elmore touches(Sarge, Reputation) sounds like. Dig it!

Being single sucks! I have totally fallen back into my old ways. Collecting Star Wars action figures and of course, my movie collection has some recent additions. I've been playing Star wars Galactic Battleground again. This is perfect for taking up an afternoon. I've also purchased some new lotion...I'm not sure how I feel about that...
Ha ha ha!!!

CHECK THIS OUT

Lately, I've been listening to Loudermilk, the album, Red Record, came out in October of 2002. I think the album is great. Here's a review.

I've also been listening to Zeromancer a lot. To me, they sound like Depeche Mode if they were angry and depressed instead of just depressed.

I didn't get any Spring cleaning done this weekend. Whoops! But I did go out for the first time in weeks. Had a good time, would have been better had I not been completely exhausted but I was a trooper and stayed out until about 3:00am. Work the next day went by pretty slow.

FIRST FIRE OF THE YEAR

Last night, my roommate & I celebrated the birth of a friend of ours first child, a boy named Westlie. We had our first fire of the year. It was a good time although, I doubt my neighbors shared our enthusiasm for fire and beers. I've had a lot of crap to sort through in my head, which has been causing a loss of sleep and this helped me to forget for a little while.

The weather yesterday and today has been beautiful. I can't wait to get going with my spring cleaning project. I'm going to throw a lot stuff my parents left at my place when moving into their new home. I think that since the weather is so nice, I'll start tonight!
