THE CRAWLING EYES HAVE IT!

Well, nothing new here in the magic city. The weather has been pleasant and life has been good. My Star Wars collection has grown recently with the release of the episode 3 toys. Not much else happening. So I'll leave you with yet another poster from a movie. This one is one of my favorites. It's Called The Crawling Eye. Doesn't that title stir up some terror filled images! It has creepy crawly fake looking eyeball monsters from outer space terrorizing mountain climbers, a psychic woman, Forrest Tucker, who I'm not sure but was apparently the go-to guy when a horror or sci-fi movie was taking place in snow capped mountain settings(he also appeared in The Abominable Snowman Of The Himalayas), a decapitation and a battle to the last taking place at a scientific research station! Wow! Who could ask for any more?

BE AFRAID, BE VERY AFRAID

The FROGS are coming to get you!!!
Man, Mitch Hedberg was wrong when he said frogs weren't scary. He obviously never saw this movie! Nothing frightens more than angry frogs who kill people. Along with Mole People, I also own this movie. This movie definitely gives Ed Wood a run for his money. Watch it if you dare! Laugh your ass off as the frogs make their bid for world domination!

HA!

Well, here's a cheesy horror movie I've never even heard of before...I wonder why? Oh well, enjoy the Giant Spider Invasion while you can. You know, before they claw & crush you to death.

BLAST FROM THE PAST

This movie is classic 50's sci-fi camp. The movie has an opening monologue about how the Earth might be hollow. If you like the camp like I like the camp, this might be a movie for you to check out.

Even though I work in a music store, I haven't heard anything interesting in the last month. Ivy was the last album I heard and liked. Anyone have any suggestions? Please don't mention Bravery or Bloc Party. I like Bloc Party but feel let down by the album. Plus I think both bands are waaay over-hyped.

TUPAC IS ALIVE

Yes folks, Mitch Hedberg has sadly passed away but Tupac Shakur is alive and well. Here is an article from CNN. I knew he wasn't dead! All along I have said this. Maybe if I keep saying Mitch isn't dead he'll show up on a stage somewhere saying "How's it feel to be watching... a dead guy!"
